I. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rights and obligations between the Provider and the Customer (exclusively B2B business entities) regarding the provision of IT services, server housing, cloud solutions, and software development.

II. Conclusion of Contract

The contractual relationship is established by order confirmation or contract signature. The Provider is not liable for internet outages outside its infrastructure or force majeure events.

III. Customer Obligations

The Customer is fully responsible for data and content hosted on the Provider's servers. Operating services in violation of Czech law is strictly prohibited. The Customer must protect their access credentials.

IV. Payment Terms

Services are billed with an agreed maturity date. If payment is delayed by more than 14 days, the Provider has the right to immediately suspend services (including server disconnection) until the debt is fully paid.

V. Liability and Backups

The Provider is not liable for data loss, damage, or leakage unless an explicit automated Backup service is contracted and paid for. The Provider's liability for demonstrable damage is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last billing period. Lost profits are not compensated.

VI. Final Provisions

Legal relations are governed by Czech law (specifically Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code). The termination notice period for indefinite contracts is 1 month, starting the first day of the following month.
